The Sturt Reserve area provides just less than 40 acres of land, 30 of which is grassed. There is plenty of shade and with the beautiful River Murray in the backdrop; it truly is a magical area. All engines, displays and vehicles, including tractors will be on grass; just the tractor pull will be on dirt. The land is flat with minimal rise, perfect for displays and trade. The 500m of river front provides access to Paddle steamers and wooden boats allowing this national rally to be different. With the surrounding roads being closed to there will be plenty of room for exhibitor’s car, trucks and trailers to be parked within walking distance of the rally. The site will be accessed via two main road gates allowing even the biggest of vehicles easy entry. The site can be exited via more gates that can be opened Sunday night to help congestion. Below are pictures of the site, including the tractor pull area, these were taken in March 08.

There is plenty of exhibitor parking at the rally site and we are supplying a shuttle bus to and from both sites at regular intervals. the camping site is about 6km drive from the rally field. Heavy security will be enforced on all nights at the rally site to ensure that your toys are safe.
